Vintage Cummins Portable Tools General Utility Model 190 1/4" Corded Power Drill Excellent clean working condition. Drill has been tested and works. Power cord does have one section repaired and wrapped in electrical tape, indicating light damage from use, but drill works normally. Drill runs in one direction only. There is no reverse. Features a Jacobs Chuck Model 4165. Chuck key not included. Typical shelf wear and smudges on the surface due to age, use and storage over the years.
