Vintage Crystal Jam Jar / Crystal sugar bowl / Honey pot There is no spoon included. There are two very small chips on the underside of the lid. Please see last two photos. You can not see these flaws unless you remove the lid. Other than these two flaws, there are no other breaks, cracks or chips. This beautiful item measures 5.75" x 3.5".
