Vintage unused “Keepsake Needlework” cross-stitch embroidery kit by Jane Snead Samplers. The company was in operation from the 1960s through the 1990s in Philadelphia. Kit number 308: Money Sampler This sampler features the motto “When I was young I used to think that money was the most important thing in life—Now that I am older, I know it is”. The border is a dollar-sign motif. Framed Size: 11 inches by 14 inches. Each Sampler Kit contains: Sampler clearly printed on Imported Pure Linen; Complete and easy-to-follow directions including color chart; Sufficient Embroidery Floss to complete sampler; Mounting and Framing instructions. Made in USA. Condition: New (old stock). The plastic bag and paper instruction sheet show a little wear due to age. The sampler and thread inside are clean and like new.
