Vintage Cropped Navy tie top— Size tag was cut out but I would call this a Medium. Purchased from vintage boutique, worn by me 2x. Very good condition! Versatile piece. Brand is Perceptions Petite. I've worn this as a top (super cute with high-waisted jeans) and also over a swimsuit at the beach. It's pretty lightweight and has some stretch to it.
