Vintage Crop Top and Wrap Maxi Skirt

I believe this is from the 1960's and is handmade. There are no tags. Size is estimated to be small, though there is a fair amount of adjustment since both pieces are tied on. The bottom hem of the skirt has some discoloration that may or may not launder out. I have not attempted. There skirt also has a tear where the tie should feed though the waist band. One of the ties tore off from the body of the skirt and was safety-pinned on. Anyone with some sewing experience could probably repair these things
