Vintage Creepy Looking Child's Hand Warmer with a Doll Head Attached

Unique vintage doll head child's hand warmer, muffler. This is an old, well loved item. The doll head is probably missing her hair. The warmer part is made from real rabbit fur and a silky type material. Both have stains and are worn. The fur is loose in a few areas.
