Vintage Cream and Blue Swirl Pattern Shift Dress

Chic vintage dress with bold blue swirls on cream fabric. I’d estimate from the 50s or 60s. Does not have a size on the tag, but I’d estimate it’d fit a 2/4. A snag on the bottom and brown stains at the bottom front (pictured). Neither will be noticeable once on.
