@sswanbeck sorry for the delay. I am not sure if I am measuring correctly but it is 16" across the chest area and 17-18 inches at the shoulders t the seam of the sleeve. It does look quite petite. I could expect it is more a true size 4 by today's standards. I believe this dress is about 60 years old or more.
