Vintage Cream Double-Breasted Jacket

Vintage Cream Double-Breasted Jacket Not really sure of size because there are no tags inside. I am around a size 12 and it just fits. This is a vintage item and have a smaller bed then and it fit more loosely. One of the buttons needs to be reattached and is being held on by a pin. See photos.
