Rare find: This item is hard to come by. The Cramer molds 71 is the popular vintage mold used to create ceramic pitchers, often produced in the mid 20th century by Cramer Mold Company. This mold #71 was specifically designed to shape an elegantly curved picture with smooth lines and a classic handle. The mold was primarily used by ceramic hobbyist and Potters who appreciated its balanced proportions and timeless appeal. Pitchers made with this mold very in finish color and glazed style depending on the artist's preferences ranging from traditional glossy white to more creative rustic tones or hand painted patterns. This piece is pre owned and the pitcher measures 4 3/4 inches in diameter at the bottom 2 5/8 inches in diameter at the top and is 9 1/2 inches tall. This piece has a white background accent and at the top and bottom and handle with light Navy wash. The front has a very pretty transferware design of pink and blue flowers with soft green leaves. The overall condition of this piece is very good with the exception of the bottom where there is a small chip. Can't be seen unless picked up. See my pictures with pen pointing it out. I have also lowered price accordingly. This piece has lots of vintage charm and hopefully it gets a new home where it will get to showcase its beauty and durability. Non-smoking pet free home.
