Vintage Cowgirl Vest and Split Skirt

Vintage Chic vest and split skirt with fringe details in a versatile soft butter tan leather color. They told my is was some county singers outfit. I am a an xs small and a 26 waist. The waist is adjustable to a 28 or 29 but all tied up tight the split skirt fits me like a glove.
