Vintage Couture Paneled Lace Petti-Skirt

This is a one-of-a-kind vintage dream. The lace work and details are amazing. Multiple panels of volume/form. I’m not exactly sure how old this skirt is. I bought it at an antique show and wore it to an event once. I don’t think I’ll wear it again, but it’s fabulous. Waist measures 31” length is 45”. I am 5’9”.
