marissajense402 The navy starburst brooch with the unique two prong clip is actually a fur clip, and designed to hold onto the sleek texture of fur. I learned the hard way not to try and use it as a brooch. It tends to leave runs/snags in regular fabrics. If you want to use it like a regular brooch, you can change the type of clip on it, or cover the prong tips with something.
