Vintage Copper Colander Tin Lined Porcelain Handles

Vintage Porcelain handle Copper Colander Tin Lined Porcelain blue and white handles. Brass with copper colander strainer with tin lining. Some of the finish is rubbing off as you can see in photos, it does need a good polishing. Not sure who makes it or what year, I couldn't see a name on it. But I do know they stopped lining with tin in the 90s.
