This one of a kind Vintage Octagon Cookie Plate was handmade a long, long time ago and was passed on amongst family and friends. It has a shiny finish, the bottom is black with sparkles. There is a little paint on the side that is peeling but doesn’t take away from its beauty…in great condition for its age.
