Round silver metal hardware on round conchs studded netal grommets on Chain Link and leather straps. Looks great over skirts jeans shirts or dresses. Appears to be real hard or firm leather in my opinion, no tag nor writing on belt. Good condition. MEASUREMENTS: SHOULD FIT SIZE: 38 1/2, 39 or 39 1/2 inch fit size as there are 3 holes spaced 1/2 of an inch apart.
