Vintage Companion Fly/Spinning Rod Combo 6.5’ Fiberglass

I can’t make out the brand of rod- most is worn off, but it looks like it says “Companion”. The eyelets of this rod look like spinning rod eyelets (larger on bottom and progressively smaller as you go up). The reel seat looks like a fly reel seat though. Rod measures 6.5 feet long.
