Vintage Comical Talking Smokey Highway Patrol Sew On Patch

Old Talking Smokey sew-on or iron-on embroidered patch that measures appx. 3" wide x 2 3/4" high. The material looks to be satin. It shows what I assume is a highway patrolman.
