Vintage Cold-Enameled GLADIATOR AND CHARIOT Button in Black & Gold 1990's

This button measures 3/4" across, and is cold-enameled with a black background and a charioteer in black with gold outlining. It has a lot more detail than I could capture in the picture. I found it in Alsace, France, but was told it is Italian made. This is a very pretty button. Perfect for a collector, or if you are a jewelry maker, use it as a unique clasp by making a seed bead loop at one end of your necklace and using the button almost toggle-style.
