Im sorry for the delay. this item is a L it fits me very well 185 lbs 5'7" with room in the chest and the length fits good, its waist /belt length. I had someone try it on who generally wears a XL. He is 6'2" 205 lbs. It fit good in the chest, and on the waist for the length, the length for the sleeves/arm length was slightly above the wrist. Hope this helps.
