Vintage Cocktail Dress

Vintage 1990’s black & white sequin & feathers cocktail dress with tags! Purchased in 1992 for $232, never worn. Faint light spots on lining, see photo. Exterior is in new condition. Feather boa trim on bottom. Back zip. Double spaghetti straps. Hook & eye closure. Sweetheart neckline. 17” pit to pit, 23” from center of sweetheart neckline to middle of feather trim. Says “11/12” but go by measurements as this runs a bit small.
