This is a vintage Coca-Cola serving tray from 1994, titled "Winning Smiles" by artist John Soloman Sandridge.  Coca-Cola "Winning Smiles" Serving Tray - One of six in the "Just Smile" series, "Winning Smiles" was the first to be released as a limited edition (350) print.
