Vintage Cobbies 70s Boots Tall Gogo Hipster Brown Leather 2" Heel Classic Period

Classic seventies boots, brown leather with a stacked leather block heel. Label is Cobbies. Size 6.5. Very light wear, leather and soles in great condition. Two issues, the lining is creating 'devil dust' - a powdery substance from deterioration (see * note below). Also looks like a insole liner might be desirable before wearing - although a good vacuuming may resolve both. Heel height 2", shaft height 16", top circumference apx. 14".
