Vintage Cobalt Blue and White Slag Glass Ruffled Edge Bowl, KREISS JAPAN? It is about 6” x 3”. No chips or cracks, there is a rough spot on the inside and the underside has some scratches from age. I cross-list so this item may be listed somewhere else as well. Condition is subjective. I recommend that you zoom in on all photos to make your own assessment.
