Vintage Coach Saddle Pouch, Large- New York City

Vintage Coach Saddle Pouch, Large. Black. Made in the original Coach New York City plant. Creed #915-2504 (1980’s), style #9585. Amazing classic silhouette with a front buckle that you can use to close the bag or, if preferred, you can tuck the strap tab into the little loop under the front flap. Inside there is the usual small zip pocket with the creed stamped on it. The leather on the body of the bag is generally soft and free of flaws. There are some surface scratches (pictured). The bottom corners of the bag have some spots where it looks like piping repair was completed. You can see a shinier finish in places (all pictured). The strap also has some wear from normal use. Some of the holes are stretched out and the leather looks worn in some places. I’m also not certain this is the original strap. The hang tag is missing. The hardware has the usual discoloration and scratches that you would expect from a 40+ year old bag (see pics). The bag measures 11”x9”x2” with a max 23.5” strap drop. The strap is adjustable.
