Vintage Coach Bag Handle Clutch Portfolio Red Leather Rare Pre Creed 1970s NYC

Authentic, preowned, vintage Coach bag handle clutch portfolio w/turnlock, circa the 70s (Bonnie Cashin era!). A Rare bag in a hard to find color! It's similar to the more modern Coach School bag. Made from red leather, it features a top handle with turn lock closure, and is unlined with 2 slip pockets & 1 zipper pocket under flap. A super rare bag in a hard to find color that's so chic! PLEASE NOTE that we're throwing in a new Coach crossbody chain strap with this bag (see pics 3, 4 and 6) so that it can be worn as a crossbody bag! Made in the NYC USA. Pre-creed with COACH in cartouche stamp. No hang tag. Approximate measurements: 13in L x 9in H x 1.5in D x 2in handle drop. Preowned/vintage (40+ yrs old) with signs of age, use & wear: color variation/darkening patina to exterior, most notable on turnlock strap (pic 7) and under flap (pic 16); scrapes/digs to bottom and one side (pics 14 & 15); color fade to 1 interior pocket (pic 12). ll in all, a super rare vintage bag in a hard to find color that still shows nicely!
