Vintage Handmade 50s 60s Kids Toddler Clown Costume Pom Poms Cotton Fabric  18 Mo-2T Excellent condition from a very clean and smoke-free home.  Elastic is in fantastic condition.  It is made with a vintage metal Talon zipper back closure and hook top. Laid flat, underarm to underarm is 17" across.  Length shoulder to ankle ruffle is 24" long.  Inseam is 10".  Made for a full "balloon" fit.
