Vintage Cloisonne Tara Irish Celtic Bird Design Enamel Brooch Pin Ireland

Circa 1970's, this was a gift from Ireland. I do not see any markings. In good vintage condition, clasp works, there is some minor wear/scuffing on the gold if examined closely (see last photo.) Beautiful colorful piece!
