Vintage Velvet and Satin Cloche Hat - Union made in USA To my eye the colors most closely resemble rose gold on matte satin and neutral bronze on velvet. Approx 21" circumference - fits tightly as shown on size 21 head. Hat is in good condition - no flaws. Will be mailed flattened in a bubble mailer, should reshape nicely.
