Vintage Clear Rhinestone Brooch Austria Long Stem Flower Spray Tall Layers

AMAZING  clear rhinestone brooch -  made in Austria, rhinestone flower with branches layered above it with "buds" represented by rhinestones. The branches come out from under the center stone which I've never seen before. Possibly a one of a kind. It is an extremely unusual design and I have been unable to find any like this online.    It is done in a high end quality and design.    See photos for condition and size.
