Vintage Clear Plastic Ring with Clear and Green Rectangles on the Top, Size 4.75

This clear plastic ring features a rectangle design on the top. Some of the rectangles are filled in with green and some aren't. One of the green rectangles has a couple of bubbles in the green, which occurred when it was made. The ring is a size 4.75. It is in good condition with minimal signs of wear.
