Vintage Clear Glass Hexagonal Bottle or Bottle Stopper

Is it an elegant clear glass bottle with a hexagonal shape to be used as an inkwell or small vase, or is it actually a bottle stop? I believe it is actually a bottle stop for a vintage Tava liqueur bottle, mainly because of the small plastic discs that are attached to the funnel part! A matter of perspective! It can be anything you want it to be if you make it your own! I personally like the idea of it holding a small flower, perhaps in the bathroom or entryway. Perfect for decor, a small flower, ink, etc. Pretty and decorative non-the-less.
