This is a vintage 2 piece Blazer Sjirt Set tailored by Clayton tailors (see the very cool label sewn on). It is beautifully made! There are no size tags so I included measurements in photos. I will also say I did try the blazer on for fit and I am wear as a medium but I would guess small. It is fully lined. Super neat find!
