Vintage Classy French Skirt

One size fits many. Could easily fit sizes 0 - 6. Never wrinkles, no discoloration, metal buttons and buckle are really high quality! This skirt was bought in a boutique in France (you can just make it out on the tag!) in the 70s. Doesn’t show signs of any wear - the elastic is perfect, the bounce of the skirt is perfect. Basically, this is an heirloom I’m loathe to let go of, but doesn’t fit me anymore.
