Vintage Citizen Mother of Pearl Dial Roman Numeral Indices Gold-Tone Dress Watch

Vintage Citizen CQ mother of pearl dial gold-tone dress watch. Watch features a round gold-tone case and link bracelet band. The crystal has Roman numeral indices around the edge above the mother of pearl dial. The dial is marked, "Citizen Quartz, CQ" and "Japan 2200-242031 KA" at bottom edge. Case back is marked, "Citizen Watch Co., Base Metal YP, 2200-229207 Y, 9060071, Japan > 12." The watch case measures approx. 20.8mm across excluding crown, and watch with link bracelet band measures approx. 7" (max wrist size of approx. 6 1/4"). No additional links available, but links can be removed to fit a smaller wrist. Watch is in good vintage condition with some tiny nicks in the crystal (only visible to me with magnification), and light scuffs / scratches to the case and band.
