This is a European Alpine skirt 40” waist Tag says size 3L which when I looked it up corresponds to a size 3X or a European 46 to 48 Length is 26” Marked 95% cotton 5% spandex - does not seem to stretch much feels like cotton sheeting Has a zip up the back Pleated at the waist all the way around Has a fun alpine themed red green and white mountain scene with pine trees and cottages and flowers New condition Reminds me of something Swiss or German Can go rockabilly or polka or holiday or just a fun skirt!
