Vintage - Circa 1940s Sterling Silver Joan of Arc Spoon Ring - ISC

Vintage item in very good condition, well kept condition, could use some polish - please refer to bottom note regarding vintage items Vintage 1940s Sterling Joan of Arc Design International Silver Co. Spoon Ring Nouveau Art Deco This classic sterling silver design was first introduced in 1940. This design was created for strength and femininity in regards to the heroine’s its named after, Joan of Arc. Stunning pattern embellished in rococo scrolls and a sculptured shell motif inspired by the court of Louis XV This traditional design and curves are restrained by a modern sensibility emphasized in the in slender handles as it once was a full spoon. Finely carved border gives way to a raised central panel for added dimension. Smooth inner and edges. No rough edges to catch on anything. Ring size is a large 6, approx 6.75, almost a 7 Right now. It can be adjusted but not a lot or easily. I’d be very careful if adjusting it.
