70's Vintage Dorothy Z Christmas Plaid Wrap Wool Skirt Details: Ties, full lining, and pockets. 100% wool skirt, lining is polyester. Cute red Christmas plaid. Great winter weight. Size: Modern XS (Marked Medium) Waist straight across is approx. between 13" and 16.5" with a natural wrap. Total length - 23.5" Condition: I would put this as good vintage quality.
