Vintage Christian Dior Ivory & Black Menswear Inspired/Retro 1940's Brogue Pumps

EUC This is a pair of gorgeous, authentic vintage Dior Ivory and black brogue style pumps, with a 3 1/4 inch curved almost Louis-like heel. Pumps originally had a Mary Jane style design, with a triple black leather strap that fastened to three small leather covered black buttons on the outer side of each shoe. The strap and buttons were removed by the previous owner, but I've seen photos of what they originally looked like. Shoes have some very faint marks on top in the toe area and heel sides, marks at the heels from being worn while driving (possibly), and tiny hole (holes don't go all the way through to lining) in the lattice holes of the brogue design from where the buttons were. The marks can probably be covered with polish, I was able to polish the larger black areas, but didn't have the ivory color. As far as the tiny holes, they're not that noticeable, especially when you would have them on, but you could take the shoes to a cobbler and he might be able to fill them in, as well as polish the shoes. Lining has some faint staining and is marked 'Made In Italy", and size 36 1/2, which is a US 6 1/2 by Christian Dior size chart. Insoles are lightly padded with Black Christian Dior label, outsoles are leather with Dior stamp. Pumps have a definite menswear look, but also have a bit of a retro 1940's vibe. You could also style them with a Victorian or Steampunk look. Insoles measure 9 1/4 inches. Please see all photos. 00472Sam
