Vintage Christian Dior Black Dress Jacket (flawed)

Dior dress jacket in a very flattering cut. Features large cloth buttons, gathered sleeves and long cuffs with button details. One of the buttons on the cuff appears to have been replaced with a black velvet button the exact same size and shape (pictured). I didn’t notice until I was photographing the measurements. A seam in the back is split (pictured). This would be an easy fix and something I would normally do, but I would rather leave this repair up to the buyer since it is a designer vintage item. Also a tiny snag on collar (pictured) next to a faint spot I’m sure will come out, The item could use a dry cleaning. Tagged a size 14. Measurements in pictures.
