This is a vintage choker necklace, I believe from Mexico. I didn’t see any hallmarks or anything marked Sterling Silver. I did polish some of it and it did make it shiny. Possibly Mexican silver? Stones are most likely faux lapis, turquoise and coral. It is a beautiful piece of jewelry. Solid with some weight to it.
