Vintage Chinese pomegranate porcelain and silver brooch pin. White porcelain shard with colorful fruit scene of an open pomegranate surrounded by red pears, green leaves, and pink flowers. Mounted in an ornate handcrafted silver setting with intricate filigree and granulation. Thick, solid weighty feel with impeccable craftsmanship. Engraved on back with Chinese characters for silver. Acquired from the estate of a fine jewelry collector. 2.2” length and 1.75” width. Excellent vintage condition.
