Vintage China Statue of the Virgin Mary ARDALT Verithin Japan Madonna Religious

This vintage cream-colored Virgin Mary statue from Lenwile China is an exquisite piece of religious decor. The ARDALT Verithin statue, made in Japan, stands 8" tall with a 3/4" base. The piece looks as if it has sat safely on a shelf for the last 50+ years and has no notable damage. I can't put a specific date on this but it was manufactured by Lenwile China - Ardalt which started in Japan in the mid-1940s during the period of occupied Japan. The labels read: Fine Quality, Lenwile China, Ardalt, Japan, Verithin and appears on both the Madonna • religious decor Size: 8" tall with a base of 3/4" base Condition: Pre-Owned Like New No issues.
