Vintage Chiffon Polka dot dress bought from a NYC boutique. Gorgeous cornflower blue dress has small polka dots through out. Top of dress has beautiful ruffles and buttons up as well as ruffled sleeves. U lined but can be worn with any slip. Dress length hits around the knee. In excellent condition.
