Vintage Chiffon Dress with Hip Draping

I bought this from a vintage dealer a few years ago. The design is really unique and looks elegant but also fun. It has a mid length sleeve. A crossover bodice for a V neck. I am 5' 2" and the length hits just below the knee. there are draped pieces at the hips for a more dramatic shape. This dress is not lined. I would wear it with a skirt slip. There is also some fraying at the back neck facing. See photo for details.
