Vintage Chico's Enamel/Lucite Pewter Tone Necklace

Beautiful, rare, vintage Chico's necklace. The enameled pendant has an "Americana" theme with stars and red white and blue enamel, cream color textured lucite accent on a pewter tone. 6 strands, black cream, and red cord 1 strand red bugle bead, I clear bugle bead with silver accents.
