Size Chico's 3 which is size 16. Good used condition, with no stains or tears. A black floral pull on skirt, with an elastic waistband. Some of the lower front flowers are beaded. Comfortable and breathable as it is pure cotton. Has a tiny dot inconsistency shown in the close-up photo. It's not a stain.
