It was an Illinois lottery promo Tshirt from sometime between the 1990s and early 2000's The tag is NBA, but is faded. It's size medium with short sleeves but runs a bit small. The shirt does have some wear, fading and discoloration, and there is a little bit of staining in the front by the bulls logo. It has the Chicago Bulls bull horns on the front and says, Taking the world by The Horns. The back has an Illinois lottery Free Throw promo design.
