Founded in 1983 by Kathy Bonnet, The Picnic has been a long-standing tradition in Nashville's southern cuisine. This cookbook is published by the Picnic Cafe and Party Catering. It features over 100 recipes including some of the cafe's favorites like savory cheese wafers, Kathy's Cresents and Picnic Tea Punch. This book is hard to find being a vintage item and listed as not available on many sites. The book is a wire bound hard back with some very minor damage to the cover.
