Vintage Chanel ballet flats size 38.5

These are 100 percent authentic, bought myself in Monaco. They are obviously used and have some black scuff marks I’m told can be removed but was too scared to try myself. They light pink. The size says 38.5 but they run small like a US 7.5 not 8.5!!
